Non-Profit Organization
United Soccer Training Academy is a Pennsylvania Non-Profit Corporation
established for the purpose of promoting youth soccer and training.
This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the
purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to
organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section
501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of
any future federal tax code. Specifically, this non-profit corporation
is organized for: 1) the promotion and development of premier level
youth soccer for all children living in the geographic region known
as Northeastern Pennsylvania; 2) to provide a positive atmosphere
for young athletes to thrive and gain personal worth both on and
off of the playing field; and (3) to help defray the ever increasing
costs of premier level soccer, so that all children in Northeastern
Pennsylvania, regardless of their socioeconomic background, witll
have the opportunity to participate in premier level soccer training,
tournaments and leagues.
