Coaches
United Soccer Training Academy carefully assembled some of the region's finest coaches to teach players of all ages the skills and tactics needed to compete and become their personal best. Our coaches can pass on their first hand experience and knowledge they received from playing at the highest levels of soccer to every player in our academy. We recognize the impact that coaches have on a player's soccer development. But more importantly, a coach's influence can effect how young men and women develop and grow as people. That is why USTA insists on bringing aboard coaches and trainers who demonstrate the highest moral and personal character. Our coaches have a genuine love of kids and understand that they must be patient, and understanding that player development is a "process". USTA will continue to raise the bar on what we expect from our coaches and trainers, as we seek to identify programs to help coaches advance their licenses and education. Anyone desiring to serve as a coach or trainer should submit their resume and application to our Board of Directors.
